Todd Schmidt
Todd is the President and sole owner of TNT Security Inc., bringing more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the security industry and over two decades of business leadership. Since becoming a business owner in 2002, Todd has built a reputation for professionalism, accountability, and customer-focused service. His commitment to continuous improvement has allowed him to grow TNT Security into a trusted provider of professional security guard services across Ontario.
With extensive training in security operations, behavioral management, emergency response, and use-of-force instruction, Todd provides strategic leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations. Unlike many executives who work solely behind a desk, Todd regularly works alongside his security teams in the field, ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and professionalism.
